CONTACT US IF: Your product is stuck & you need a refund, the machine is danger or you are in danger because of the machine.

DO NOT CONTACT US IF: You are experiencing any other sort of emergency. We DO NOT respond to health related emergencies or any other emergency not related to Reload or our machines.

We do not guarantee instant assistance.

    1. Our machines are equipped with sensors that are able to feel if an ordered product does not get delivered, if this is the case the machine will automatically refund you within 2 days and notify us about the incident. If you are not refunded, please contact us. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THE MACHINE AT HANKEN!

    2. Wait patiently, it can take a moment form you paying for the product to be delivered, this is usually due to bad internet connection.

    3. Be quick to take your product after it has been delivered as the product-compartment is only unlocked for 30 seconds after delivery. If you are slow, you are however eligible for refund the first time so give us a call or fill in the form and we’ll refund you!

  • If your matter is really urgent and regarding the health and safety of machines/ surroundings, give us a call immediately!
