We decided to do something bold. We wanted to see what Chat GPT had to say about vending machines and Reload so we decided to act like students that are looking for a good vending solution for their campus, to see what ChatGPT had to say. For clarity we used ChatGPT 4.0 which is up to date and has internet access, so it googled us and our competitors in order to form opinions and make suggestions.
In the interview, ChatGPT had positive things to say about us - Reload. It highlighted Reload as a company that specialises in providing tailored vending solutions, particularly for schools, with an emphasis on affordable snacks and beverages. ChatGPT praised us for our focus on machine reliability, quick transactions, and customer feedback for product selection. It also emphasised our user-friendly approach, which makes our machines a popular choice among students.
Additionally, ChatGPT noted our commitment to offering healthy options, regularly updating the product assortment based on customer input, and providing a straightforward process for getting a vending machine ordered and installed.
